Welcome to our Transformation Meditation website!

The Academy of Spiritual Enlightenment runs two Transformation Meditation series in Victoria, London: the Transformation Meditation Foundation Series and the Transformation Meditation Intermediate Series.  It is a complete programme that allows you to experience the meditative state easily and to utilize it to improve your life.

Transformation Meditation has a scientifically oriented practical application of meditation techniques.  It has its roots in the philosophy of yoga.  Similar to other techniques, such as Transcendental Meditation, it utilizes mantra meditation techniques.  Similar to Mindfulness Meditation, it also includes the ability to become the observer of your mind and action.  With the combination of these techniques, one gains the ability to understnad and experience the state of meditation directly.  This enhances one's ability to practise, accelerating the meditative experience.

Meditation cannot be learned from a book or a CD.  It requires an experienced teacher who can guide you in your progress.  The transformation meditation courses have been designed for both beginners and intermediate levels. however, it is a prerequisite that you complete the Foundation Series first before you embark on the Intermediate Series.
